"About 10 days ago we had a big problem with a part on one of the assemblies in our flagship production failing after a couple of hours. We used Sprint to show which assemblies had the problem part, which had gone into the next assembly and then which instruments. We then pulled those units apart, re-worked and re-tested. This saved us a good few days of paper work chasing and we managed it in about 1 hour - Amazing! Good news about Sprint Software- it has paid for itself in one day".
