Printed Labels
TPL utilises a variety of manufacturing processes to provide our customers with high quality, cost effective labels, tags and decals. We supply blank, single colour and multi-coloured labels using flexographic, hot foil stamp, thermal transfer, digital and screen printing. TPL carry a broad range of label materials for every environment, product and application, from simple papers and vellums to synthetic Polypropylene and Polyester and laminated Piggyback materials for multi-section labels.

Flexographic (Flexo) Printing
Our roll to roll flexographic presses are designed for medium to high volume work. We can produce products in up to 6 colours incorporating:
- Protective lamination
- Protective or decorative varnishing
- Print on adhesive,
- Print on backing liner
- Adhesive "kill" for specialist applications

Hot Foil
The hot foil process is used for low volume, high quality work. As the name suggests a foil or ribbons carrier the ink pigment which is transferred to the labels when a hot metal stamp of the required image is pressed against the coloured foil.
- Warning labels
- Electronic product labels, including UL and cUL
- Laminated safety labels
- Barcodes, addresses and more

Thermal Transfer Overprinting
This process is designed primarily as a method of adding variable information to pre-formed/pre-printed labels or continuous card and ticket materials. It allows us to offer our customers services such as:
- Sequential numbering and barcoding
- Variable information onto pre-printed base labels
- Promotional labels and vouchers with unique ID numbers
- Barcode labels for Warehouse bays, Shipping containers and more
