Quality PolicyIt is the quality policy of TPL Labels to satisfy the requirements of our customers in every way that we can. This can only be achieved by operating a comprehensive, co-ordinated quality system, which assures the quality of all products, processes and services offered by the company. This system is designed to meet the requirements of ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO9001:2008 and will be implemented across the whole company and embrace all of the activities which impact upon our customers. The chairman and senior personnel of the company are committed to ensuring that the system is effective in achieving quality and satisfying customer both now and in the future. To this end, we will strive to continually improve upon our products, processes and our quality management system. We will set quality objectives, which will be measured against and reported upon. Financial costs associated with these objectives will be attributed wherever possible. These objectives include: -
To foster a culture of continual improvement the company will continue to recognise and reward effective teamwork and individual achievement and will review its service and processes regularly. We invest in people and our emphasis on training acts as a testimony to our commitment in this area. To provide its customers with products which fulfil their specified requirements and are fit for their intended purpose. Our aim is to be fully competitive in terms of price and delivery and superior in terms of quality when compared with other suppliers of similar products. To actively pursue quality improvements, in all areas of company operations. To pursue, in liaison with our suppliers, improvements in equipment, materials and products in order to reduce variation and waste and to use the latest technology whenever practicable in all areas of the company. To conform to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 & TS16949 Edition 2. To place particular importance on the contribution that employees make to quality and to work with them to provide the necessary information, training and support to enable them to achieve the required levels of competence. To train & develop all employees (measured by ongoing review & appraisal) to achieve our business goals & objectives. To focus our efforts on achieving 'Zero Defects' by placing emphasis on defect prevention at every stage of the process. | |||
